The two unitary authorities will ensure high quality, cost effective adults and children's services are accessible to all residents in Greater Lincolnshire.

Greater Lincolnshire currently shows a mixed picture for social care performance. The new Councils will deliver consistent, high-quality provision, while retaining local accountability within the two new councils and minimalising disruption as we move to this new approach.

Each council will also benefit from more strategic management of housing, planning, transport, and public safety. With local delivery hubs and community access points, services will remain accessible and responsive to local needs.
